• First name, last name, email address, optional mobile phone number, and confirmation that you are at least 18 years old when submitted through our opt-in subscription form.

4. Sharing of Information and Mobile Data

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that operate the Site, process form submissions, or deliver communications for us, and when required or permitted by law. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us and may not use it for their own marketing.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service.

5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

We honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request where required by applicable law. Because the Site does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or enable third-party advertising trackers, a recognized GPC signal does not change the Site’s current behavior.

6. SMS and Mobile Communications

If you separately opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Streamsource Technologies at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or email subscription. Msg & data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not send SMS messages between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the recipient’s local time.

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by any reasonable method, including replying STOP or contacting us. A request made by another reasonable method will be honored when it clearly communicates that you want SMS messages to stop.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and to meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations. Contact requests are generally retained for up to two years after resolution, and active email subscription records are retained while the subscription remains active and for up to four years afterward.

SMS opt-in consent and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of four years. Suppression and STOP records are retained for a minimum of ten years, or longer when legally required, so that we can continue honoring an opt-out request.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information; obtain information about its collection and disclosure; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

We will respond to a verifiable privacy request within 45 days. If permitted by law and reasonably necessary, we may extend that period and will explain the reason and extension. We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may ask you to verify your identity or confirm that you authorized the request. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CPRA.

9. Cookies, Storage, and Tracking Choices

The Site does not currently set cookies, use browser storage to save preferences, or enable third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. Form information and communication preferences are transmitted only when you submit a form and are maintained by our service providers rather than stored in your browser.

If our use of cookies, browser storage, or tracking changes, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices. You may also use browser controls to block or delete cookies and may enable GPC as described in Section 5.

10. Email Communications and CAN-SPAM

Commercial emails identify the sender, include our physical mailing address, and provide a clear unsubscribe method. You may withdraw email consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us by any reasonable method. We honor valid email unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

11. Business Transfers

If Streamsource Technoloiges, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or sale or transfer of all or part of its assets, personal information may be reviewed or transferred as part of that transaction. Any recipient must handle the information consistently with this Policy and applicable law, and we will provide notice if required.
