1. Program Description

Streamsource Technoloiges, Inc. (“Streamsource,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS/MMS marketing program under the public brand Streamsource Technologies through streamsourcetech.com. The program may send recurring marketing messages related to our credit education content and updates. Messages do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or tax advice.

2. Consent

I provide my prior express written consent under the TCPA to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Streamsource Technologies at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or email subscription. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method, including replying STOP or contacting us. A request made by another reasonable method will be honored when it clearly communicates that you want SMS messages to stop.

3. Message Frequency and Quiet Hours

Message frequency varies. We will not send SMS messages between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the recipient’s local time.

4. Message and Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Streamsource Technologies is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from this program. You may re-enroll by completing a new opt-in.

7. Supported Carriers and Carrier Liability

The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may vary. T-Mobile and other wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by carrier restrictions, network conditions, device incompatibility, or changes to your mobile number or service plan.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. 9. Age Restriction

The program is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18. If we learn that a subscriber is under 18, we will remove that person from the program and take reasonable steps to delete the information.
